His Opinion: The hotel upgraded us to a suite which was very kind. In retrospect we actually preferred the basic room as it was more intimate and private and was not overlooked. The hotel need to choose their taxi drivers with more care - the driver who took us from Sultana Marrakesh to Oualidia was professional and paid a charge on the toll road and the journey took three hours which is what Sultana Oualidia said the journey back to the airport would take. In fact the return journey took well over 3.5 hours as the driver had to stop to ask directions and clearly didn't want to pay the toll fee so we went on a much slower road. We paid 2000 MAD each way so it was not a cheap taxi service!
